Meet Jane and Beth, Nashville Home Scoop Team Leaders


Jane Anderson

Jane’s path into real estate was a bit indirect. She grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania and graduated from New York University with a Master’s Degree in music. It was this connection that brought Jane to Music City. It just seemed like the right place to go and begin a career and that is just what she did.

Ultimately, Jane became an executive with the Cumberland Valley Girl Scout Council in Nashville. Jane’s direction over the Department that developed programs for the girls provided an outlet for her creative energy. Jane worked closely with volunteers in Nashville and the surrounding counties allowing her to learn first-hand about the neighborhoods of Nashville, their personality, people, and style.

Beth Vincent

Beth has lived in Tennessee her entire life, relocating to Nashville from Memphis in 1991. Prior to her career in real estate, Beth served over 28 years in leadership positions in the healthcare industry.

Beth began her career as a Registered Nurse. She then joined Medtronic, USA, a fortune 500 Company as a consultant in the medical device industry and went on to create the first District Office in Nashville, TN and Knoxville, TN.

Beth is a multiple President’s Club recipient in her company, the highest achievement the company bestows, due to her creativity, attention to detail and persevering attitude.

Beth thinks of real estate as an equity investment in your future. Her experience, coupled with her training as a certified Hudson Institute Coach, ensures your needs and long-term financial goals will be attained.

Rachel Gwinn, Affiliate Broker

Born in North Texas, Rachel graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana with a B.S. degree in Health and Exercise Science, including a minor in Business Administration. Rachel relocated to Nashville in 1998 to pursue a career in health management and to find a new and exciting community to embrace.

Rachel served as Director of Client Services at Gordian Health Solutions for over seven years. It was during this time she discovered how much she enjoyed supporting health care management initiatives and helping people to pursue healthier lifestyles.

Rachel’s most recent position prior to real estate as Executive Director of the non-profit Lisa Ross Parker Foundation, involved fund-raising and grant appointments to local entities which the foundation supports.

Melissa Murphy, Transaction and Marketing Coordinator

Melissa is an integral part of our team! Melissa meticulously handles all of the details from contract to close. She is there to answer your questions and solve problems with all those connected to the transaction including lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other agents. Since her start in real estate in 2011, Melissa has guided over 400 transactions to successful closing. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, Melissa will make sure you are informed throughout the process.

Melissa and her husband, Matt, are new to the south, coming from Rochester, Minnesota. Melissa loves browsing home décor blogs and is an overly enthusiastic reader of Southern Living. She and Matt recently bought a home in Brentwood and along with their dog Winifred, are enjoying every second of exploring their new neighborhood and city. Melissa truly has no idea how she ever lived in a world without grits, hot chicken, a front porch, and year-round farmer’s markets.
